in the first picture , the two women are dressed in comfortable clothes that are usually worn when going out with friends or just for walking around . ones got a berette , sleeveless shirt and some shorts which are kept up with a belt while the one one is dressed with a long sleeve and long pants , they are two different outfits but both of the women are comfortable with their own styles
In the second picture the people are dressed much more formal ,probably going to an event as we can see from the fact that the man is wearing a suit and so is the woman . it might also be just something in between the two of them since they don't seem that formal , no ties or matching clothes
