Hello !

My name is Vlad and I'm an 15 year old student at the the Grigorowitch college in Montana. I am writing to you to  get to your attention that you should do something about the condition of our environment. I really think you should start off by placing and ACCTUALLY enforcing a law where people are not allowed to litter. You should also put in place a rewarding system where people get money by bringing in bags of recyclable trash.

These are my suggestions. I really hope you will consider them.
