I would recommend the museum.

1. Yes, it’s open to the public.
2. Well I think so. The museum has things that others museums don’t have. So I think, yes the visitors would travel to see it.
3. Well I think it will appeal to people interest about technology. The museum is about the evolution of technology. So if you would like to see how technology was 20 years ago, then this museum it’s perfect for you.
