Dear Carol,
I can't believe I am here in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil on holiday. I am having such a blast, especially since I am staying with the Serpas. Even better, the lovely house in Copacabana that I live in is near the beach, so I can spend my time relaxing there. Currently, I am relaxing by the pool after a good swim in the refreshing ocean.
The weather is hot and sunny so it's perfect for exploring the city the Serpas. I have already visited the Sugarloaf Mountains, as well as walked around the Botanical Garden. Everything is just so magical here.
People here are truly really happy with the way they live. They are always friendly and love having fun. They are also quite attractive as they have dark hair and brown eyes.
Tomorrow I am going to drive to Petropolis to enjoy the mountain air. I also plan on visiting the cathedral and Museum of Empire if I have time. I'm leaving Rio next week so I'll tell you more details when I get back.
Rio is such a colorful city. You must come here soon.
