2. A) They had a brilliant idea of posing as a teenage magazine reporter and getting an appointment settled with Stone's agent. They distracted the agent with a call and in that time Stefan found the files with Stone's location in the Agent's office.

B) They couldn't speak to him because the place was well guarded, full of security guards with large dogs and lots of cameras. They tried getting in but the guards caught them.

C) She fell out of the tree because she was startled by the guards sudden presence.
