- 1 large onion (about 200 gr)
- 1 large carrot (about 200 gr)
- 2 generous slices of celery root (about 200 gr)
- 1 medium fennel (about 200 gr)
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 1 large potato (about 200 gr)
- 1 small pumpkin (about 200 gr)
- 1/2 small broccoli (about 200 gr; or cauliflower; or mix)
- 200 gr peas (frozen)
- 5 strands green onion
- 300 gr Greek yogurt (2% I used)
- 35 gr butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil fennel green
- 1 tablespoon chopped strain
- natural yogurt (for serving)
- salt, black pepper
