For me, english is a good way to communicate with people all around the world. In many countries it is used as first language, while in other, it is used as second language. It is very used for subtitles,songs,news and trading for everybody in this world to understand. So, it doesn't matter that in the world are a lot of languages. This is why I think it's good to know english.
